  Poor customer service. Got a phone here through their mobile department. Was ensured my phone would be work $350 on trade in. We specifically covered the damage to my phone. Jackson ensured me as long as it powered on and the screen worked it would be fine. Well got to Verizon and they kept the phone and didn’t give me anything for it. So I am out a phone worth about 450-500 because the store agent told me that it would be fine. Contacted the store who told me they would reach out to their agent and would take care of me. Went back two weeks later because they still had not contacted me back. Told me that I would get a gift card and Verizon would do something as well but didn’t have amounts or details. Was told I would get a call back Monday or Tuesday. Stopped by store the following Saturday since still have not heard anything. And they didn’t call back as promised. Just keep getting the run around. HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE!!!! Don’t deal with these people on your mobile needs. They will tell you anything to get you to buy from them.
