  Never will i ever shop at Best Buy again so i bought a tv last night almost $1,000 and didn’t like the quality came to bring it back in today they checked the tv “it was missing” screws i tell them i never touched any screws so they can return the tv but it’s going to be $40 since it’s missing the screws i once again tell them i never had any screws so if they weren’t in the box i never had them they proceed to tell me the same thing so i ask to speak to a Manager he once again tells me he same thing or offers me to go to Lowe’s and get some to return it for full price a near by geek squad technician hears the convo comes over and says did you’ll check the inside top of box ....hmmm. No they didn’t well low and be hold there are the screws that i “HAD” . And do you think they apologized NO so i told them to give me my damn money back!
