  Hired them to screen garbage cans due to HOA concerns. They replaced the existing plant with a raggedy plant that looked exactly the same as what was there. I was originally told that it would "be too short to screen completely", to which the HOA agreed to the install. When I confronted them about the plant not only being short, but not screening anything, the response was that we approved everything that was done and so did the HOA. Yeah, the approved an actual screen, not a half-dead bush. The response when pressed for a resolution was that the guy "wants to come uproot the plant and let me find somebody else". Great customer service! Sloppy pine needle job as well. Had to sweep overhanging needles off sidewalks and driveway.
