  I would not recommend this store, unless you know your dress sizes! We had to have several bridesmaids and MOB dress altered. They will insist that they know the size you need by measuring you, & pressuring you into agreeing to sign the contract. Once the contract is signed per their size recommendation, you are responsible for full payment and all alterations. One of our bridesmaids was told she was a size 2 and when the dress came it was too small. They would not refund her or work with her. She had to buy a second dress.

  Where to begin? I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I received from the Concord Wedding Center. The lack of care and customer service they extended to me is unacceptable, especially for a profession that focuses on such a beautiful and love filled event. Long story short, and it is a very long story unfortunately, the woman who measured me didn't know what she was doing said she wasn't comfortable with it, the dress didn't arrive during the estimated time, they lost - excuse me "misplaced" my dress- meaning they didn't ship it when they charged me to do so already, and it arrived damaged. 5 oil stains that were confirmed to be from the sewing machine. As I brought all of this to their attention they avoided the problem and gave me the run around. They have yet to acknowledge any of it, yet to show any sort of customer service. They have told me that once it leaves their store they are not responsible for it, so the damaged dress they sent me is no longer their problem. As a result I had to pay way too much money on a stained dress to wear in my best friends wedding. Like I said, I am appalled. This is unacceptable, and I hope that you will learn from my mistake and find another company to purchase from
