  I am wholly dissatisfied with this store and it's employees. The employees are borderline rude and impolite. They make empty garuntees and asking direct questions gets you a mumble jumble of an answer, later to be proven false. I distinctly asked if there was a return policy if the product wasnt satisfactory and I'm returned with a "yes" and a shoulder shrug. I should have took that as a red flag as disengenous salesmanship. Later to find out that they won't take a a return and had a complete disregard of the customers concerns. A simple resize isnt even completed promptly or correctly. An anniversary experience was ruined by trying to do business with this company. I will make sure to not recommend this store to other people, friends, and family.
