  Terrible! I received my furniture and upon delivery my hardwood floors were damaged due to the associate dragging the tv stand across my floor. The "bluetooth" tv stand did not work. They promised to send a tech to fix it, never did. When I spoke to Tara, store manager, she just kept lying about sending someone out. The when I spoke to her about the damage she told me she filed a claim but wouldn't provide proof such as a claim number. Tara told me she had no proof until corporate sent a email response. I talked to corporate who assured me that she should have provided a claim number if she did in fact file a claim. So now I'm reporting the issue to corporate who will be contacting the regional manager and I will be sure to report how terrible Tara is. Its been nothing but a headache ...Aarons is much cheaper, bettet quality. The professionalism is through the roof. Dont waste your time.
