  They do not carry any tools like screwdrivers. They say either wait for whenever they come and have no idea due to back order or get a gift card I asked if they would mail them to me. They went on the computer and said only Marion North Carolina is allowed to get stuff delivered to the store and they will not mail it to your house because they're in a different area. So when I asked about a set . To use to exchange them they said no. They refuse to help in any way

  NOT EVEN! Husband bought me a ring for christmas, it needed to be resized. We waited until January 2nd, 2018 to drop it off for resizing as suggested by the sales clerk at purchase, transaction slip stated 2-3 weeks. We called after 3 weeks, it wasnt sent out until the 8th! Manager stated she could call and check the status of the order with the vendor then call us back, which she never did! When we called back to check the status (3 WEEKS FROM 1/8/18) we were informed they have no way of tracking it. They have now had my christmas present from my husband for over 30 days! I'm livid with the poor managment!
