He is a five star employee, my problem came with a less informed sales person that not only tagged the wrong item but seemed to care less about there mistake. I applaud Alex for saving the deal and therefore my business. I understand he is the manager but his want and desire to do what’s right is strikingly different from many. Alex gets 5 stars
